What data we collect

Identification and contact data you provide in the quote form, by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, company, email, phone).
Trip data needed to deliver the service (dates, locations, flight numbers, passenger names and numbers, luggage and special requirements).

Purposes and legal basis

Answering enquiries and preparing quotes — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Providing and invoicing transport services — performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months if no service is contracted. Client and billing data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Recipients

Data is shared only with chauffeurs and partner transport operators assigned to your service, and with IT and communication providers acting as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data.
