Do you run shuttles to IFEMA Madrid?
Yes. We run delegate and exhibitor shuttles between hotels, Madrid-Barajas and IFEMA, with timetables built around session times and live headcounts during the event.
How early should we contact you for a congress?
Ideally 3–6 months ahead for events over 500 attendees, especially when they coincide with large fairs at IFEMA or major sporting events, when coach availability in Madrid is tight.
Can you work with our DMC or PCO?
Yes — much of our event work is delivered with DMCs, PCOs and agencies. We can operate under your brand and follow your communication protocols.
What if attendance changes at the last minute?
Our plans include flexible capacity. With live headcounts we can add or release vehicles on the day, and cancellation terms are stated clearly in the quote.
