Madrid Chamartín – Clara Campoamor

Private jet terminals & meet and assist.
For private flights we coordinate with the handling agent at the Barajas general aviation terminal and at Torrejón, so the car waits at the FBO door — or planeside where permitted.
On commercial flights, our meet & assist service can add a personal assistant, fast track through security and passport control, and lounge access, subject to airport availability.
Madrid airport transfer times
Indicative times in normal traffic.
Madrid airport transfers, your questions answered.
How long does it take from Madrid airport to the city centre?
Around 25–35 minutes from Madrid-Barajas to central Madrid in normal traffic, and 10–15 minutes to IFEMA. At rush hour, allow extra time — we track traffic and adjust pick-up times.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight, not the clock. The chauffeur’s arrival follows the live landing time, and waiting in the terminal is included — you are not charged for a delay that was not yours.
Where do we meet at Madrid-Barajas?
Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, with a name board. You receive the chauffeur’s name and phone number before you land.
Can you pick up a large group at Madrid airport?
Yes. Add the flight list in the notes and we group passengers by terminal and landing time into minibuses or coaches, with a host coordinating in arrivals.
Do you do long-distance transfers from Madrid?
Yes — to Toledo, Segovia, Valencia, Barcelona or anywhere in Spain, often faster door to door than the train for small groups with luggage.
