Our meet and greet at Madrid-Barajas comes in two versions. Both run with our own agents across all five terminals, both are priced per person, and both can carry a private transfer on the end. Travel agents, hotel concierges, executive assistants and family offices book them for their guests; executives and families book them for themselves.

  • The flight number does the work. It tells us the terminal, the gate and, on the day, the real landing time — which is why the form asks for it first.
  • Arrival and departure together are two services, so two prices. Book them in one request and one agent team handles both.
  • Connecting at Barajas? Put both flight numbers in the notes and we quote a transit assist between terminals, T4S to T4 included.
  • Meet & Greet is €220 + 21% VAT per person, €266.20 all in. Options and transfers are shown with VAT included. No payment is taken on the form; we confirm by email first.
How it works

From the booking to the kerb, one agent and one plan.

A Meet & Assist is only as good as its timing. The flight number does the work: it tells us the terminal, the gate, the scheduled time and, on the day, the real one.

  • Book with the flight numberArrival, departure or both, the passengers, and any options. We confirm by email within a few hours.
  • We track the flight, not the clockThe agent is positioned from the live landing time. A late flight does not cost you the service.

  • Five terminals, one airportT1, T2 and T3 serve most airlines outside the oneworld alliance; T4 and its satellite T4S serve Iberia, British Airways, American Airlines and partners. T4S is a train ride from T4 — the agent rides it with you.
  • Remote standsSome flights park away from the building and bus their passengers in. The agent meets the bus at the terminal door, airside, before passport control.

Where exactly do we meet on arrival?

At the gate, as you leave the aircraft. Our agent is airside with your name on a tablet, so you are met before passport control and baggage, not in the arrivals hall after them.

And on departure?

At the drop-off point of your transfer, or at a point inside the terminal we agree with you beforehand. From there the agent stays with you through check-in and security and to the gate.

What happens if the flight is late?

We track the flight, not the clock. The agent is positioned from the live landing time, so a delay that is not yours does not cost you the service.

Which terminal will I be in?

The flight number tells us. Iberia, British Airways, American Airlines and other oneworld carriers use T4 and its satellite T4S; most other airlines use T1, T2 or T3. If you land at T4S, the agent rides the train with you to the baggage hall in T4.

Is the VIP lounge included?

On departures it is an option: €70 per person for lounge access together with the fast lane at security control. On arrival you go straight from the gate to your vehicle, so there is no lounge to add.

How are groups priced?

Per person. Each Meet & Greet is €220 plus 21% VAT per passenger, so the form shows the total as soon as you enter the number travelling. For a large delegation, put the real number on the form and we confirm the agent team by email.

Can you help with a connecting flight?

Yes. Madrid-Barajas is a hub, and the change between T4 and T4S, or between T1 and T4, is where connections are lost. Put both flight numbers in the notes and we quote a transit assist: met at the arrival gate, escorted through the controls and the train, and left at the departure gate.

Can we book a car as well?

Yes. Tick “Add a private transfer” on the form. The chauffeur you are handed to at the kerb is one of our own, in a Mercedes sedan or V-Class, at the fixed Madrid tariff starting at €95 one way for central Madrid.

Are the prices with or without VAT?

The Meet & Greet is quoted before VAT: €220 per person plus 21% VAT, €266.20 all in. The options and the transfer prices on this page include VAT. Either way, the price you are quoted is the price you are charged; nothing is added at the airport.
