Daily routes

Where we drive from Madrid.

Every route runs as a private departure on your date and your timing — not a fixed shuttle you have to fit into. Distances and driving times are approximate, door to door from central Madrid.

Also driven regularly: Puy du Fou España (evening show near Toledo), Sigüenza, La Granja de San Ildefonso and Valencia or Seville as long-distance transfers. Tell us the destination and we plan it.

Tour packages

Leave Madrid in the morning, back by the afternoon.

Each package is transport plus the extras you want: an official guide, skip-the-line tickets, a lunch reservation or a tasting. Timings are a starting point — we build the day around your group.

Luxury Sprinters, minibuses and coaches.

Small groups travel in a luxury Mercedes Sprinter with leather seats; larger ones in minibuses and coaches, or several vehicles leaving together on one timetable. For a 200-guest incentive we run a convoy with a lead coordinator, so every vehicle arrives, parks and departs as one movement.

Every departure includes the driver, fuel, tolls, parking and waiting time at the destination — see coach & minibus hire for the fleet in detail.

What a day trip includes

Private, not a coach tour.

A scheduled bus tour leaves when it leaves and stops where it stops. A private day trip from Madrid belongs to your group: your departure time, your stops, your pace — and the same driver all day.

Hotel or office pick-up

Collected where you are staying in Madrid, including La Moraleja, Pozuelo and airport hotels.

All costs included

Driver, fuel, tolls, parking and waiting time in one fixed price, agreed before you travel.

Flexible return

Back in Madrid for an afternoon meeting, or later for dinner — you decide on the day.

Before you book

Day trips from Madrid, your questions answered.

What is the best day trip from Madrid?

Toledo is the most popular: an hour away, and a UNESCO old town you can see properly in a day. Segovia is the best alternative for its Roman aqueduct and castle, and the two are often combined with Ávila over two days.

Toledo or Segovia — which is better for a group?

Toledo suits groups who want history and a compact old town close to Madrid. Segovia suits groups who want a dramatic first impression and a long lunch. For 20+ guests we usually recommend Toledo in the morning, when coach access and parking are easiest.

How long does it take to get from Madrid to Toledo?

About an hour by road, door to door from central Madrid, and around 1 h 15 to Segovia. Travelling by private vehicle means no station transfers at either end and no fixed return time.

Can you handle a group of 200 on a day trip?

Yes — as a convoy of coaches and minibuses on one timetable, with a coordinator who manages arrival times, parking and the guides at each stop.

Are guides and lunch included?

They are optional. Tell us what you want and we quote transport with an official guide, entrance tickets and a reserved lunch as one package, or transport only.

Can we do a city tour of Madrid instead?

Yes. A guided Madrid city tour by vehicle and on foot works as a half or full day, and combines well with an afternoon transfer to the airport or a venue.
